MauLer-Film and game critiques of the longest form I’ve found. Second channel has around 50 hours(as of November 26th, 2018) of podcasts responding to other film and game critiques and/or responding to responses to critiques.
Digibro-Anime YouTuber with a penchant for breaking down the mechanical aspects of shows, decoding the more archaic parts of them. He won’t just tell you that a character is antisocial, he will trace back their life story and their thought processes to prove why they’re antisocial. Doesn’t focus on characters in general, but does great work when he does.
